At Hattie Pearl’s Kids, we are committed to providing you with high-quality, lovingly designed items for your little ones. Because our products are custom-made just for you, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for purchased items.

Damaged or Defective Items
We understand that sometimes things can go wrong during shipping. If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at hattiepearlskids@gmail.com. Be sure to include photos of the damaged item so we can review the issue.

Once your request is approved, we’ll promptly send a replacement at no extra cost.

Important Notes:

  • Only items that are clearly damaged or defective qualify for a replacement.

  • Personalized or customized items are not eligible for returns unless damaged in transit.

  • Our goal is to make sure your little one gets the product you ordered in perfect condition!
